SHREVEPORT, LA - Shreveport Police responded to a assault and battery call in the 6000 block of Tulsa Avenue in Caddo Heights late Monday night.

54-year-old Clifford Scott faces a series of charges in connection with a domestic dispute involving members of his family.

What Do Police Allege Happen?

Officers who arrived on the scene just before 11pm found a chaotic scene. Scott allegedly assaulted his elderly mother and he's also accused of turning on other family members with a box cutter.

Scott has been charged with one count of second-degree aggravated battery, one count of battery to the infirmed, and one count of domestic abuse battery felony grade.

SPD says all of the victims involved in this attack are expected to recover from their injuries.
