Wreck Claim Life of Man in Claiborne Parish

Victor Hogan Junior died Sunday morning after a car crash on Highway 9 in Claiborne Parish. State Troopers say Hogan's pickup left the roadway and crashed into a parked railroad car. Hogan was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and died at the scene.

Impairment is not suspected to be a factor. The crash remains under investigation.
