Women's Safety Walk in South Highland

When crime hits close to home, we worry about it and wonder if it could happen to me.

A woman going for a walk on East Dudley is approached by a man who asked to use her cell phone. For some reason he shot her in the shoulder. After learning about this story, Councilwoman LeVette Fuller organized a walk through the neighborhood and encouraged anyone who wanted to join her to show up at 6pm. I did just that.

But I couldn't make the entire walk (I have a knee that's acting up). I do better on the bike these days.
