Woman Caught on Camera – Stealing from a 10-Year-Old

Stealing is bad enough...but stealing from a kid?? That's what Shreveport police say happened over the weekend. A 10-year-old girl was making a purchase in the A-1 Beauty Supply Store on North Market while her grandma waited in the car. The girl put her $13 on the counter and started playing with a fan, when a woman eating an ice cream cone walked up, snatched the money off the counter, put it in her purse, and walked out. But she got caught on video. Take a look, and if you recognize the woman, let police know.
