The National Weather Service in Shreveport says an enhanced fire danger continues across the Ark-La-Tex so its issued another Red Flag Warning. That's in effect until seven o'clock tonight. Minimum relative humidity values will fall to between 15 and 30 percent across the area today. Strong southwest winds ranging from 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph, combined with a very dry airmass and extreme drought conditions, will keep the fire danger elevated.  Wildfires are still ongoing across portions of northeast Texas and extreme northwest Louisiana and the National Weather Service says they're likely to continue burning today. Please be aware that burn bans remain in place across most of the area. Given the very dry fuels in place, it will not take much for a fire to ignite and quickly spread.
