Tom+Chee Restaurant Grand Opening Friday In Bossier City

Imagine a restaurant with a menu based on grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. Well, that's the basic idea behind Tom+Chee, opening Friday in Bossier, but saying that Tom+Chee just serves grilled cheese and tomato soup would be like saying LeBron James is just a basketball player. There's way more to it than that!

"There's not a microwave or freezer in the place", says Tom+Chee co-owner Josh Woodard as we entered his brand new location at the corner of Airline and Brownlee. "Everything on the menu is made fresh every day." And speaking of the menu, Tom+Chee offers a vast selection of sandwiches, salads and desserts.

From their Flying Pig (roasted turkey, bacon, pickles, gouda) to the Bacon+Blue (bacon, blue cheese, mozzarella) to fancy grilled cheese donuts like the Smore (melted chocolate and marshmallow, mascarpone, graham cracker between grilled donut slices), Tom+Chee not only surprises with its creativity, it amazes with great tasting sandwiches unlike anything else in the Shreveport - Bossier area.

Tom+Chee's Grand Opening is Friday (March 27th) at 10am. They're located at the corner of Airline and Brownlee Roads in Bossier City and plans for a Youree Drive, Shreveport location are already underway.
