It’s Thanksgiving week and we are all getting ready to enjoy some special time with our family and loved ones. This holiday is all about that feast on Thanksgiving Day. You have probably already picked up everything you need for the holiday meal and are getting ready to start all the prep work and cooking.
But if you forgot something or have a kitchen disaster on Thanksgiving Day, several local grocery stores will be open to help save the day.

Grocery Stores Will Have Limited Holiday Hours
In fact, most grocery stores in Shreveport and Bossier City will be operating on Thanksgiving Day, but they will be closing early. So, get out to the store early to snag those last-minute items.
ALDI has announced they will not be open on Thanksgiving. They want to give the day off to their employees.

Kroger closing at 5pm
Albertsons closing at 4pm
Whole Foods closing at 3pm
Super One closing at 2pm
The Fresh Market closing at 3pm
Food Lion closing at 3pm
So, if you burned that pie or forgot to pick up that cranberry sauce, you have options. But I bet you won’t be alone in the stores. I am sure they will be very crowded, especially during the early morning hours.
