A young Shreveport man has been linked to a drive-by shooting late last month that left a teenage girl wounded.

Police say 23-year-old Jacob Williams has been identified as the man who fired shots in the 400 block of Mansfield Road, one of which 18-year-old Tatyana Hamilton in the neck. She continues to recover from her wound.

Williams was located at a home in the 2600 block of Bibb Street. He's charged with attempted first degree murder. But that's not all. He's also been charged with disturbing the peace by fighting for his alleged involvement in a street brawl last month.
