Police Investigating Shreveport Drive-By Shooting Injury
Shreveport Police are currently investigating a shooting call that has left one person injured. Shreveport Police Department had 7 units working this call and SFD had 5 units on scene.
This call came into dispatch around 4:09 a.m. from the 2800 block of Desoto Street, which is located in the Ingleside neighborhood. When first responders arrived on the scene, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his back. He has been transported to a local hospital as an ending result of his non life-threatening injuries.
This is an ongoing investigation and no other details are available at this time. We will update when more information becomes available.
