Shreveport Drive-By Shooting Leaves 7-Year-Old Injured

Shreveport Police are currently investigating a shooting call that has left a 7 year-old injured. Shreveport Police Department had 7 units working this call and SFD had 5 units on scene.

This call came into dispatch around 2:49 a.m. from Quilen Boulevard, which is located in the Sunset Acres neighborhood. When first responders arrived on the scene, they located a child victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.

The child was transported to a local hospital as an ending result of his non life-threatening injuries.
