SPAR Reschedules Rained-Out Events

Mother nature got in the way over the weekend, so Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation's Therapeutic Division has re-scheduled its "Fit for Life" field day. It will now be held on Saturday, June 2nd, from ten until one, at A-C Steere Park. The Therapeutic Recreation Program is geared toward individuals with disabilities. Also rescheduled -- the "Hershey's Track & Field Competion." It will now be held this coming Saturday, may 19th, at Lee Hedges Stadium. Opening ceremonies will be at 9:30 with competition starting at 10:00. You can get information on both events as well as all the other SPAR activities at mySPAR.org
