Shreveport Man Wanted for Sexual Assault of a 10 Year-old

The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a man with an arrest warrant for sexual assault.

Back in July, Shreveport Police were assigned to an investigation involving a 10 year-old victim. During the course of the investigation, the child told Police details of the assault. The suspect in the case was identified as Oscar Castillo through a line-up of pictures by the victim.

SPD Detective obtained an arrest warrant for Castillo on the following charges:

· (1) Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile

· (1) Misdemeanor Sexual Battery

Shreveport Police want to remind the public that this investigation is active. And to protect the safety of the victim, no further details of this crime has been released at this time
