On Sunday, a woman entered a local store to shop, when a man began following her. The man was seen on camera following the woman around the store, when he crouched down to the ground and attempted to take pictures up a woman's skirt with his phone without her consent.

Thankfully, the store's security cameras were able to get some good shots of the man's face. SPD is currently seeking the man's identity so they can arrest him to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
