Domestic Violence Leads to Two Arrests in Shreveport

Shreveport Police continues it's work to protect victims of domestic violence and arrest those responsible.

Earlier this week, JaMichael Wallace was arrested and charged with three counts of domestic abuse battery with child endangerment following a call to Shreveport Police.

Also this week, Danny Brazil was arrested on warrants for simple battery of a dating partner, second offense, and battery of a dating partner with child endangerment. After his arrest, he was also found to have fugitive warrants out of Texas.

These men arrested for separate domestic incidents is part of a growing problem in our community that Shreveport Police have been working tirelessly to combat.

From SPD:

"The Shreveport Police Department has already responded to more than 525 domestic violence-related calls for service in 2026 and will continue to pursue those who commit these acts."
