Shreveport Man Arrested for Making Threats With Firearm

On April 23, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Shreveport Police Officers responded to a call reporting assault and battery in the 7400 block of Glen Leaf Road. Initial reports indicated that a disturbance was instigated by an individual later identified as Scott Peeples.

Shreveport Police Patrol Officers arrived at the scene and successfully apprehended Scott Peeples without incident. During the course of the investigation, it was uncovered that Peeples was in possession of a firearm and had allegedly made threats towards individuals present at the location.

Scott Peeples has been charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm.
