Shreveport Man Charged With Trying to Run Over a Person

On Sunday, Shreveport Police got a call about a man attempting to run over another man in a car.

The victim told SPD that Kiera Moody had attempted to run him over following some kind of altercation. Detectives immediately got to work trying to track Moody down, and found that he was already behind bars at the Caddo Correctional Center.

Following an interview, SPD Detectives had enough evidence to charge moody with aggravated assault. SPD determined that Moody allegedly used his vehicle as a dangerous weapon during this altercation.

Moody was kept in Caddo Correctional Center for this and his previous crimes pending further legal proceedings.
