Shreveport Mayor Glover To Visit Robert & Erin Thursday Morning

Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover will be on 710 KEEL Thursday morning, when the city's chief executive pays an in studio visit to Robert and Erin just after 7 o'clock.

Hizzoner will be discussing his visit later in the day by US Transportation Department Secretary Anthony Foxx and Louisiana DOTD director Sherri Lebas.

Foxx is coming to town to highlight the 'importance of transportation investment', part of an eight state, five day tour. Mayor Glover, Foxx, Lebas and other dignitaries will, later in the day, be taking a bus tour of the city to underline the importance of 'infrastructure awareness' and the need for an improved highway trust fund.
