Bank employees reported that Stephanie W. Head threatened them with a handgun inside of the bank. Head entered the bank angry that one of the tellers gave her husband a bank envelope with a note inside that read "Have an Amazing Day!"

Head threatened to shoot up the bank after discovering the seemingly harmless note. Head also threatened an employee who tried to take pictures of her license plate as she left the bank parking lot.
