The Shreveport Police Department is investigating a case of extensive felony property damage involving a rent house on East 68th Street.

A landlord reported that her former tenants, Quantreven Martin and Shakira Kennedy, intentionally damaged the residence before to moving out.

According to the landlord, she told the couple they would be evicted after not paying rent for two months. She believes the damage was done in retaliation to the eviction.

Detectives reviewed photos of the damage that included:

-Numerous holes in multiple walls

-Interior doors ripped off their hinges

-Iron burn marks on carpet in several rooms

-Broken windows

-Damaged furniture and fixtures

Both suspects were scheduled for interviews with detectives but didn't show up. Quantreven Martin and Shakira Kennedy are now wanted in connection with this property damage investigation.

Additionally, Quantreven Martin has an active warrant related to a domestic violence offense.
