Sen. Cassidy on Coronavirus: How Concerned Should You Be? [VIDEO]
United States Senator Bill Cassidy talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about his opinions - and concerns - surrounding the coronavirus.
Cassidy, a physician, tells KEEL listeners that, on a one to ten scale, his level of concern "is a six or seven."
"I'm talking worldwide now and I'm talking about the USA a bit into the future" says the Senator, "My hope is that we can keep it from spreading in the United States until we can learn everything we need to (apply) or best prevention, our best diagnostics and our best treatment."
Dr. Cassidy also discusses the best way to prevent the spreading of the illness and, in fact, likens it to the flu, but markedly more contagious and easily spread.
