A secret indictment has been returned in the Ernest Luttrell murder case. A Caddo Parish Grand Jury returned the indictment against Linda Kate Passaniti for second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit second-degree murder and three counts of forgery. The indictment stems from a continuing investigation by the Caddo District Attorney's Office and Caddo Sheriff's Office into the contract killing of Luttrell in July 2010. Passaniti -- the daughter of Loretta Luttrell, who was previously charged in the case -- is currently jailed in San Antonio pending her extradition back to Louisiana. She's refused to consent to that, but a Governor's Warrant will be obtained to order her to be returned to Caddo Parish.
