Red Cross Assessing Storm Damage in North Highland

[UPDATE] Damage assessment is complete in North Highland. One home was heavily damaged. Red Cross volunteers continue to work with families to provide assistance as needs are identified.

[ORIGINAL STORY] A local neighborhood apparently got hit pretty hard by yesterday's storm. Disaster Action Team volunteers with the American Red Cross will be in the North Highland area assessing the damage there.

Volunteers will also be speaking to families to determine the extent of damage and find out what their needs are, so the Red Cross will know how to best serve any immediate disaster-related needs.
