Rain Threat Closes Shreveport Pools

The National Weather Service says locally heavy rainfall and localized flooding will be possible across the Ark-La-Tex through late tomorrow evening. 

Rainfall amounts of three inches or more are possible in some areas, leading to the possibility of localized flooding -- especially in low lying areas or poor drainage areas.  Because of the rain threat, SPAR and Rock Solid Sports have decided not to open Shreveport's swimming pools today.  If the weather permits, they'll re-open tomorrow.
