One Trial Date Set, One Changed

Some new information in a couple of cases we've been following in Caddo District Court.  A trial date has been set for 26-year-old Kimethia Coleman. She's accused in the January 2010 stabbing death of Brian Spinks at an apartment in the 100 block of Quail Creek Road. Today, Judge Mike Pitman denied defense motions for a continuance of the trail date, which is scheduled for April 23rd. And Shreveport's former Assistant Chief Administrative Officer's sentencing date has been changed. Rick Seaton Junior will face sentencing March 12th on forcible rape and abuse of office charges. He was convicted in January after a bench trial before Judge Ramona Emanuel.
