Could The Government Take Your Guns Away Through Gun Control?

Video games, movies, mental ailments, guns.  A flurry of finger-pointing as to why there is an influx of mass killings happening in the country.  President Barack Obama set out his plan to reduce the number of assault weapons and ammunition magazine reductions, plus funding for mental health treatment and an investigation into violent movies and video games.  Saturday is Gun Appreciation Day, aimed at promoting gun ownership by turning out in masse at gun stores, ranges, and shows from coast to coast.

At some point, how far is too far when it comes to control?  A recent Associated Press poll says six out of 10 questioned support gun control measures, but does that mean the government can just take guns away?  We want your thoughts.
