North Bossier City Bank Robbed
Bossier City police are investigating the robbery of Citizens National Bank in the 2000 block of Benton Road.
According to witnesses, at around 1:45 this afternoon, a black male wearing a dark jacked and what appeared to be a camouflage baseball cap walked into the bank, approached a teller and displayed a sign demanding money. The suspect never pulled out a weapon or indicated he had one.
The suspect left the bank with an unknown amount of cash and fled in a gold-colored Toyota Camry driven by a black female. The vehicle was last seen heading north on Benton Road.
Police ask anyone with information that can help identify the robber to call Bossier Crime Stoppers at 318-424-4100.
