NAACP President Writes AG About Change in Baton Rouge
NAACP President Cornell Brooks submitted a letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch recommending action to address issues between police and Baton Rouge residents. In the letter, Brooks focuses on two items: re entry programs and the creation of police interaction training.
