State Rep. Gene Reynolds of Minden has introduced a bill that would change the qualifications students to receive TOPS scholarship money from the state of Louisiana. The Minden legislator talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the bill, which he says, raises the standards that graduating high schoolers must meet.

Reynolds tells KEEL listeners that his bill maintains current funding, but that students must have higher GPAs to get the coveted college funds.
