A man wanted for a murder in Montana could be in, or headed to, the Shreveport area.

Convicted felon Kevin Joseph Lino is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a man in Missoula, Mondana, on or around July 30, 2014.

On August 5, the body of a male victim was found floating in the Clark Fork River in Missoula County. Investigators say Lino and two male accomplices allegedly kicked and punched the victim following a fight at a homeless camp there. They're also believed to have cut gang symbols into the victim's skin with a knife, after which Lino urinated on the victim. Then he shot the man in the head with a 9mm pistol and dumped the body in the river.

Lino was charged with deliberate homicide and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on August 7. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the U.S. District Court in Montana on August 14, after Lino was charged federally with unlawful  flight to avoid prosecution.

He was last known to be traveling in a white, four-door 2014 Ford Focus SE with temporary West Virginia license plate number 285026. The vehicle is registered in Oklahoma and was last seen on August 11 in Monument, Colorado. He may be traveling with his girlfriend, Angela Marchese, two white males in their twenties and/or a white male in his sixties. They may have nine pit bull puppies with them.

Lino and his girlfriend have ties to West Virginia, Massachusetts and Louisiana, including the Shreveport area. Lino and Marchese are known to be transient, and it's likely they are stopping at food banks and shelters. They may stay in homeless camps with their dogs.

Lino is known to abuse drugs. His last known residence was in Lowell, Massachusetts. He loves to boar hunt, fur trap/trade and train his pit bulls. He is considered armed and dangerous. He's a white male, 6'1" to 6'4", 155 pounds with brown eyes and hair. He has a tattoo on his left hand. Some of his aliases are Phoenix, Shaggy, Nick Fish and Kevin Fisk.

Marchese is a white female with brown hair and green eyes. She has only one leg and uses a wheelchair or crutches.

Call Crime Stoppers if you spot either one of them in our local area.
