Remember in May of 2019 when so many people were chomping at the bits to be the next owners of the gorgeous victorian mansion known as the Logan Mansion? Well, three years later the most recent owners of the gorgeous home are calling it and relocating.

You Could Be the Proud New Owner of the Logan Mansion.

Chances are you have driven past the gorgeous home. It's located in a cultural district known as Shreveport Common. The coolest part is you're a short walk away from the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium.

You'll never see a home like this for sale at this price. The grand foyer, the pocket doors, 12-foot ceilings, the library that looks like you're in a movie, the marvelous parlor, the upstairs Romeo and Juliet balcony, I mean we can keep going.

Why Is the Historical Logan Mansion for Sale Again?

The owners of the Logan Mansion took to their Facebook page to say:

"To our loyal fans and followers on Facebook, I want to let you know that a relocation to another state is imminent in the near future for us.
As a result, the Logan Mansion will be "officially" for sale for those who are interested in continuing our passion to create exceptional experiences for guests and at the same time promoting the awesome Shreveport downtown district.
This has been an incredible experience for my family and staff over the last few years and we have enjoyed meeting so many amazing people here in Shreveport and those who have visited The Logan Mansion from all over the world.
Our team has created an amazing experience for those who want to stay at the Mansion and we earned through hard work and customer service a 5 star SuperHost status through Airbnb and have offered some of the most unique experiences in Shreveport, with our Halloween Events, Victorian Tea Parties, Murder Mystery Parties, Executive Retreats, Mad Hatter events and the list goes on.
For those guests who have secured an upcoming stay or have confirmed an event nothing will change. In fact, we are likely to post some new events in December to keep this positive momentum moving forward for the next owner and wish that all have an opportunity to visit before we leave.
If interested in purchasing the Mansion, we will consider a turn-key sale although what is listed right now is Mansion only.
For more information regarding the purchase of the Logan Mansion, please contact John Lorick, Remax (318) 208-1584. You can also send inquiries to proprietor@loganmansion.com. Given the fact that we have active events and guests staying only pre-qualified buyers will have Mansion tour access for acquisition interest.
Thanks to all for your support and love of the Mansion!
Special thanks to Downtown Shreveport.
Owner,
Logan Mansion"
