Local Smiling Shelter Pup ‘Burreaux’ Finds His Forever Home

It's true what they say, a smile really does go a long way.

A smile can truly brighten someone's day. And in the case of Burreaux, a smile can land you a forever home. In February, this shelter puppy at the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana went viral for his unique charm. Although a tad shy, Burreaux would smile at people in the hopes of getting adopted.

Well that day has arrived!

Burreaux has found his forever home. He looks happy and healthy with his new family. Even though his new family says they haven't seen that same smile since bringing him home, I'm sure he is filled with smiles each and every day. It's just gonna take some time for him to adjust.

As far as I know, Burreaux's siblings are still available for adoption. Joe and O, along with Burreaux, we're brought in together after being saved from a kill shelter. They, and so many other wonderful animals, would love to bring lots of smiles and joy to your life.
