keep the government open through mid-December if Congress strips funding from
ObamaCare, John Fleming (R-LA), John Boehner (R-OH), Jim Bridenstine (R-OK) and Darrell Issa (R-CA) celebrated the victory on Twitter.




The House's measure would replace Obamacare with a plan that would expand tax breaks for Americans who buy their own insurance. Over 140 congressional Republicans signed on to the bill that will keep the government going at the current level of funding and delay Obamacare.
