John Boehner, John Fleming + More React to House Voting to Defund Obamacare

The House's measure would replace Obamacare with a plan that would expand tax breaks for Americans who buy their own insurance. Over 140 congressional Republicans signed on to the bill that will keep the government going at the current level of funding and delay Obamacare.
