Vendor Spots For Geek’d Con 2024 In Shreveport Are Available

Geek'd Con, Shreveport's comic con, is back on for 2024! This year's show will be August 16th-18th at the Shreveport Convention Center in Downtown Shreveport.

Since 2015, Geek'd Con has been the premiere pop culture event in the Ark-La-Tex. It's also the largest event of its kind in North Louisiana, and the biggest comic con style event in all of Louisiana...outside of New Orleans.

Every year, Geek'd Con hosts hundreds of vendor booths, dozens of celebrity guests, and tens-of-thousands of fans each weekend. Fans and vendors from all over the United States pour into the Shreveport Convention Center to share in geek culture. From celebrity interactions to award-winning cosplay, Geek'd Con offers once-in-a-lifetime opportunities every year.

This is something very important to a city like Shreveport, where "quality of life" events are challenged and hindered regularly. Every summer you hear from numerous attendees with some form of the joyous phrase "I can't believe this is happening in Shreveport".

The 2024 Geek'd Con will see a shift of sorts. In the previous year, the event expanded to take over all floors of the Shreveport Convention Center, with geeky vendors on multiple floors. This year's event will once again utilize the whole building, but the geek culture vendors will all remain on the ground floor.

Upstairs in the Captain Shreve Ballroom, a new event will debut. The Shreveport Sports Card Expo will fill the ballroom with sports card dealers, sports memorabilia, and collecting supplies. There will also be athletes on-hand to sign autographs for fans.

This second event will be covered by a single ticket to Geek'd Con. So you will get 3 days, of 2 shows, for 1 ticket.
