It's so exciting to have Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, coming back in 2024. The event is coming back to Downtown Shreveport this August. The 2024 Geek'd Con will take place August 16th, 17th, and 18th, at the Shreveport Convention Center.

Geek'd Con has become one of the biggest "comic con" style events in the state of Louisiana since it started in Downtown Shreveport back in 2015. The event has welcomed over 10,000 fans each weekend since the start. It has also brought millions of dollars in economic impact to the Shreveport and Bossier area.

The 2024 Geek'd Con celebrity guest lineup is crazy, with stars from some of the biggest movies of all time. Billy Zane from Titanic (he's done WAY more than that) as well as the stars of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial Henry Thomas and Dee Wallace. All three of these stars have had careers beyond these projects, but those movies are two of the highest grossing box office films off ALL TIME.

In addition, the lineup has Tony Todd (Candyman), John C. McGinley (Scrubs), Steve Downes (Master Chief from the Halo video game series), David Morrissey (The Governor from The Walking Dead), Mitch Pileggi (X-Files), Annabeth Gish (X-Files), Bret Iwan (the voice of Mickey Mouse), and way more.

A big part of that growth has been the celebrity guest lineups. Since the first show in 2015, the quality of guests attending Geek'd Con rivals any pop culture event of this size.
