Shreveport Man Wanted on Child Pornography Charges

In December 2023, Shreveport Police Sex Crimes Detectives initiated an investigation into a complaint of indecent behavior or pornography involving a juvenile. The detectives identified the suspect as 39-year-old Daniel Bartlett.

During the execution of a search warrant, officers discovered that Bartlett allegedly attempted to destroy evidence pertinent to the case. Consequently, he was arrested for obstruction of justice. However, Bartlett quickly bonded out of jail.

Thanks to the diligent work of the Shreveport Digital Forensics Unit, detectives were able to recover crucial evidence, leading to additional charges against Bartlett.

Detectives have now issued warrants for Daniel Bartlett for 13 counts of pornography involving juveniles. We are seeking the public's assistance in locating Bartlett at this time.
