That's pretty much how Chris Silvis looks at his neighbors, Andy and Jemmie Maddox; they are a gift from God.

Their Christian love and willingness to serve is so inspirational to Chris, he couldn't wait to spread the word about this wonderful duo!

I've known Andy for a while now. He was my high school football coach. But more than that, he taught me that following Christ can be different than I ever expected. Now almost 20 years later, my wife and I bought a home from him and became his neighbors. Him and his wife, Jemmie, are the best neighbors you could ever have. From being a retired preacher, to still helping with the church, helping me with home projects, opening their home to us and our friends, to even running down to take out our trash when I swear I will get it in the morning.....they have prayed for us and helped us so much. Having them as neighbors is one of the best things about moving out to where we did! We love them so much and are blessed to be part of the family now! Btw, this is Jemmie's number, because while Andy is great at a lot of things, keeping up with his phone is not one of them!
