Four players from Coach Les Miles' 2014 LSU football squad were chosen by NFL teams in last week's draft.. But after a number of free agent signings the total of Tigers' players headed "to the next level" next season now totals double digits.

The four LSU players who drafted this past weekend were cornerback Jalen Collins, taken by Atlanta in the second round, defensive end Danielle Hunter, picked by the Vikings in the third, linebacker Kwon Alexander, a fourth round selection by Tampa Bay and running back Kenny Hilliard, a seventh round choice of the Houston Texans

Over the weekend, six more players had signed as undrafted free agents: fullback Connor Neighbors (Titans), running back Terrence Magee (Ravens), defensive end Jermauria Rasco (Packers), linebacker D.J. Welter (Buccaneers), safety Ronald Martin (Seahawks) and center Elliot Porter (Browns).

Without a doubt, the biggest name left unselected is La’el Collins. The star lineman, who was considered to be a first round selection, went undrafted. Teams are expected to pass on Collins until he is cleared in a police investigation looking into the shooting death of former girlfriend.
