Food Network brought "Food Court Wars" to Bossier City in January. And now we know who the winner is.

Bistro to Go won the Food Court Wars episode filmed in Bossier City late last year.

The show, now in its second season, featured two local restaurant business owners hoping to open their own food court location at Pierre Bossier Mall. Bistro to Go won, which means the owners get the location rent-free for a year, helping them to get their business off the ground.

Food Court Wars is hosted by Tyler Florence, a restaurateur who has his own cooking show on the network called “Tyler’s Ultimate.” Florence also hosts the reality-competition show, “The Great Food Truck Race.”

Bistro to Go co-owner JB Emery talked with us this morning about the opportunity to open a restaurant at Pierre Bossier Mall.
