Linden Police Chief Alton McWaters told KEEL News an undercover officer bought meth from 43-year-old William Duncan on two occasions. "We purchased the meth from him here in town and then at a different time we purchased meth from him in the parking lot of the school where he teaches," McWaters said.

Duncan has been charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He bonded out of jail on a $145,000 bond.  The chief said Duncan wasn't selling drugs to students at the school.

The teacher has been suspended from his job at the school until school leaders can make a ruling about his employment there.
