Drug Arrests in Bossier Parish
Bossier Sheriff's deputies say 32-year-old Michael Bryant got into an argument with his mother -- because he wanted to sell the family dog for drugs. His mother says he pushed her in the face -- and broke two doors inside the home. Bryant was arrested for simple battery.
A joint operation leads to another drug arrest. The Bossier Sheriff's Office, along with the Shreveport-Caddo Narcotics Task Force, arrested a Keithville man on Dogwood Trail in Haughton. They say 22-year-old Christopher Colvaro sold heroin to an undercover agent for $200. After the money and drugs changed hands, agents moved in for the arrest...but Colvaro took off running. He was caught a short time later, taken to Bossier Max and charged with drug distribution and resisting an officer.
