Four Arrested In April 1 Drug Raid
It was not an April Fools joke for four Shreveporters when Caddo Sheriff Deputies knocked on their door in the 200 block of Lake street on April 1.
Caddo Parish Steve Prator says that Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics agents executed a search warrant at the residence and seized illegal drugs valued at nearly $16,000 as well as cash, a gun, and a Chevy Corvette.
The collaborative effort between Prator's deputies and officers under Shreveport Police Chief Willie Shaw netted 50 grams of crystal meth (valued at $5,000), testosterone steroids ($400), Trenbolone steroids ($400), Sustanon steroids ($100), synthetic marijuana ($9,510) Zolpidem ($330), and Suboxone ($10). They also seized $3,986 in cash.
Arrested were:
Chelsea Caskey, 29, of the 12000 block of Rust Lane in Keithville, for possession of schedule IV with intent.
Lester Monzon, 29, of the 1500 block of Teresa Place in Bossier City, for possession of schedule I.
Christopher Hudson, 23, of the 8400 block of West Woodlands Trail in Greenwood, for possession of schedule II.
Kylan Harvey, 19, of the 400 block of Albert Street in Shreveport, for possession of schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of schedule I with intent, possession of a firearm with CDS, possession of schedule IV, and two counts of possession of schedule III.
