Paul Pratt, a partner in Gateway Development Consortium, the group that has proposed the newest Cross Bayou project, talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about plans to make a full presentation before the Shreveport City Council before the end of the month.

Pratt tells KEEL listeners that "the city council voted to add GDC to the agenda for May twenty first and, at that time, they will hear a presentation, not only from the local partners, but from our New York developer, as well as some other partners, to try to convince them that this is the right way to go." One day later, the council is scheduled to vote whether or not to proceed with the project via what Pratt says "is a non-binding MOU (memorandum of understanding)" so that funding for the ten year, billion dollar development can begin.

Hear Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty weekday mornings from 6 til 9 on 101.7 / 710 KEEL, or by downloading the free KEEL app, presented by Office Furniture Source.
