Marty Berger of Saber Fund Real Estate Advisors and Justin Papadakis of the United Soccer League talk with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright about their presentation before the Shreveport City Council's Small and Emerging Businesses Task Force Committee Monday. The two will make their case for the $1.5 billion Cross Bayou development project.

Berger, Saber's Managing Member, describes the company as "a ground up development firm that for thirty years has taken land through the entitlement process, permitting, construction, primarily mixed use developments...mostly in downtown areas."

Papadakis represents the 36 team United Soccer League and talks about his hopes of a multi-purpose outdoor stadium that could seat as many as 10,000.
