City Attorney Defends Crump, Investigation [VIDEO]
Shreveport City Attorney William Bradford talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the investigation of SPD Chief Alan Crump and Mayor Ollie Tyler's okaying his return to duty.
Crump, who was placed on paid administrative leave after an October 30 incident in which he fired his weapon while in pursuit of robbery suspects, was cleared of wrongdoing and has returned to duty. The Chief told investigators that he believed the pair to be armed. Shreveport Police Lieutenant Matthew Prunty, who fired three times, was not placed on leave during the inquiry.
