Caddo Detectives Arrest One Man for Sex Crime, Another for Financial Crime

Caddo sheriff's detectives have arrested a Keithville man in connection with the aggravated rape of a juvenile in 2005. Sheriff Steve Prator says 40-year-old Donald Ray Leone, Jr., was booked into Caddo Correctional Center for an incident that happened at his home on Sebastian Road. He's accused of illegal sexual activity with a juvenile under the age of 13.

Caddo detectives have also arrested a Benton man for using his grandmother's debit card to make a series of unauthorized purchases. 39-year-old Jonathan Raines is accused of using two debit cards to make more than $4,000 in charges between January and February. The charges ranged from purchasing gas to new tires to a new transmission for his truck. He's been booked into CCC for unauthorized use of an access card.
