BPSO and BCPD Search For Missing Special Needs Student

UPDATE - A severely autistic teen who had been missing for several hours earlier today has been found unharmed.

The Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office and the Bossier City Police Department are asking for the community's help in finding a special needs teenager who is missing.

16-year-old Joseph Allen Lacour was last seen at Airline High School around 8:20 a.m. Thursday morning. Joseph is severely autistic and is unable to speak.

Lacour has short black hair, brown eyes, and has a cleft lip and palate. He is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a navy blue shirt and khaki shorts. He was also wearing a pair of black shoes and had on a black jacket and an orange undershirt. Lacour lives in the 2200 block of Riverwood Loop, Bossier City.
