Three new officers have joined the ranks of the Bossier City Police Department.  They were sworn in this morning by Police Chief Shane McWilliams.

The new officers will be graduating this week from the North Louisiana Criminal Justice Academy and will then spend the next five weeks going through an internal training program to learn the policies and procedures of the Bossier City Police Department. Following their departmental training, the new officers will spend the next three months riding patrol with their Field Training Officers before being assigned to the Patrol Division.

The new officers shown in the photo are Michael S. Iman, Heather S. Ivey, and Matthew R. Jeter along with Chief McWilliams.
