Bossier City Man Charged With Stabbing Brother
Bossier City police arrested a man overnight after he stabbed his brother during a fight. 27-year old Eduardo Hernandez Jimenez was arrested on a charge of aggravated second degree battery for stabbing 31-year old Ignacio Jimenez of Shreveport.
The two were apparently engaged in a physical confrontation Tuesday night at the suspect’s home at Pecan Valley Mobile Home Park in the 6500 block of Barksdale Boulevard.
Police were notified of the incident after the victim showed up at Willis Knighton-Pierremont at approximately 9 p.m. Tuesday with two non-life threatening stab wounds to his side. He was then taken to LSU Hospital in Shreveport for further treatment.
Over the course of the investigation, Bossier City police arrested Eduardo Jimenez and booked him into the Bossier City Jail. He was subsequently transferred to the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility.
