The Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office has confirmed that Tony Procell's body was found in Kisatchie National Forest yesterday in Winn Parish. They also confirm that they will be upgrading the charges against Natchitoches Police Officer Robert Barthelemy to first-degree murder.
