It was a perfect day in downtown Shreveport for today's 'Boo Under the Bridge', presented by NewsRadio 710 KEEL and Metro PCS.  Halloween came a week early for kids from all over the ArkLaTex with games, face painting, prozes and lots and lots of candy.
